- Contact form submissions: your name, work email, selected inquiry type, message, and optional company name. The form does not collect a phone number or accept file uploads.
- If you select the careers topic, any career or resume details you choose to include in your message.
- Your IP address is used for short-lived rate limits that help prevent abuse of contact and administrator sign-in forms.
- When you view the contact page, its embedded Google Maps content may collect technical information under Google's privacy practices. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical connection data in server logs.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to contact and career inquiries you submit.
- To route messages to our team through our configured email delivery service.
- To protect the forms and administrator sign-in from abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of information
Contact submissions are processed by our hosting and configured email delivery providers so that we can operate the website and receive your message. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which is provided by Google when that page is loaded. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with a client only when relevant to an opportunity you have asked us to consider you for.
5. Data retention
Contact messages are delivered to business email systems and may remain there according to the retention settings for those systems and applicable legal requirements. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to delivered messages.
